You must not share your credentials with any third party. romaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify romaph immediately. romaph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
All financial transactions on romaph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). romaph supports deposits and withdrawals through approved payment channels, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and selected Philippine bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, and Metrobank). romaph's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your romaph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
romaph does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. romaph will use reasonable endeavors to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
romaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
romaph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law, including under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its implementing rules and regulations.

Where changes are material, romaph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
